Story
GET TO KNOW COACH VEGA
TRAIN. BECOME. WAS FOUNDED BY DAMIEN VEGA IN 2019. DAMIEN WAS A COLLEGIATE ATHLETE FOR 2 YEARS UNTIL A SEASON ENDING INJURY. THAT LED HIM TO REALIZING HIS PASSION FOR STRENGTH & CONDITIONING AND MENTAL WELLNESS. AFTER LEAVING ACADEMIA, DAMIEN LANDED HIS FIRST PERSONAL TRAINING JOB IN THE COMMERCIAL SPACE. SHORTLY THEREAFTER HE STARTED HIS OWN TRAINING BUSINESS AND HAS SINCE BEEN TRAINING CLIENTS OF ALL AGES! HE ALSO IS THE HEAD FOOTBALL COACH FOR BRIEN MCMAHON HIGH SCHOOL.
Services
OUR SESSIONS ARE TYPICALLY 30-60 MINUTES. FOR PRIVATE & GROUP TRAINING YOU CAN SELECT WHAT DAY & TIME YOU PREFER WITH YOUR COACH'S AVAILABILITY! WE'RE OPEN 6 DAYS A WEEK!
PRIVATE TRAINING
We offer private training for 1-on-1 or 2-on-1 (semi-private) settings. Get a tailored fit program for your specific needs and work closely with your Coach. Rates range from $70-$120 per session.
GROUP TRAINING
Train with a group of up to 5 people! Be held accountable by your coach and your peers. This is a cost effective option and allows you to still have a more specific program fit for you! Rates range from $50-$70 per session.
YOUTH FITNESS PROGRAMS
Our youth fitness programs can fit up to 20 kids in a class! We help buld a strong base for all kids fitness levels. Whether they want to perform on the athletic field or just build confidence, our programs are excellent for your kid! Program rates range from $20-$40 per class.
